What is this KitchenAid accesory for?

Searching the local MercadoLibre, the "eBay" page in Argentina, found this KitchenAid accessory I had never seen before, neither knew it existed. I guess it's for polishing silver, or even shoes?
Box specifies "BU BUFFER ALL MODELS". Would that include home models, or just for commercial ones?
Asking prices comes to around US$ 33. Same seller is selling other old KitchenAid accessories as well.

these are all attachments for the Kitchen Aid stand mixers.....the buffing wheel is for polishing silver items

Thanks Rick, I might even buy the silver buffer! Not that I need it, but I don't think I will ever see one again offered for sale in these latitudes...
