before I started my collection of washers. I was looking at wringer machines on one of the image sites. and I saw a small hoover wringer machine with a crank wringer. it was in the national science museum. at that point I didn't know about hoover washers at all. I was looking for any vintage washer I could get. I have owned and seen the Gibson monitor small crank wringer machines. which seem to be more available. I know hoover made these machines in the uk.canada and then the us. I would be interested to hear everyones take on why these are so rare to come by. thanks Bill
