What the fudge, indeed!

Your second shot makes it look like a mini-toilet and footbath so you could soak your feet and poop at the same time--too funny--very very alien.

Is this really a Kenmore. Someone should grab it if only for kicks.

This is the little Kenmore that John was telling me about. From what I gathered it's a Japanese built little twin-tub made and stickered as a Kenmore. This is a neat little thing, and if it were closer, I'd definitely love to have it. Pulsator wash and direct drive spinner more than likely. It reminds me of a cooler or something, this is the only one that I've seen in any photograph, I've seen a few old newspaper ads with sketches of them.

We had this exact same washer as a backup to our old Maytag AMP. Really did a good job. Would get us through wash day pretty quick. My wife liked it for diapers as could do a good load would put in the spinner and run water into it while spinning to rinse and then we would hang out. The first hung out would be dry almost by the time we had hung up the last one.

Got this on sale at Sears on North Shepard Drive in Houston for $98.00 in the spring of 1972.

And after all, Eric

with the giant control dials, the misshapen, "dyed" hose, and all the other dark oddities, you've finally got your GOTH washing machine ;-D

Oh come on!

You know you want it. Hey it's definitely something unique and small. Shouldn't be hard to stash this thing. I love a good twin tub, especially one as rare and unique as this. I don't think you'd regret it :)
