What to buy

Well I need some advice on a new side by side. The 1997 Fridgadaire that died last summer(repaired 3 times for 300 plus bucks) isnt doing well again. I have been watching the inside temp get warmer (above 42) of fridge side tonight.
What brands should I run from and what do I get. I have rental propert and have all kinds of brands but most are older and were made to last.

For what it is worth,

Whirlpool has the best Consumer Reports repair rates for both top-freezer and side by side refrigerators.

GE refrigerators seem to be reliable again, after a bad spell in the 80s.

I'd be reluctant to get another Frigidaire/Electrolux.

No way on earth would I get a LG, no matter what the label said.

Just my opinion. Nothing more, nothing less.

Whirlpool baby, Whirlpool.

Excellent fridges, hands down.

Whirlpool, or a 106.... Kenmore or a GE or a Kitchen Aid or a Hotpoint

Though i think 10 years is about norm for a fridge

Although Whirlcool has a Wpool SxS thats been a pain, but thats rare from what i;ve been herd

Thanks for the input. I have had good luck with the frgidaires(have 2 in rental units) but think i will go with a Ge .I am not real fond of whirlpool since they have the worst service people her for their warrenty work.
