What vintage appliance would make your holiday complete?

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

If I only had the space-A Kenmore "Pregnant' Roto Swirl,A Norge 1950's Time Line or similar with the Big Black agitator and the shiney metal lint dish. Then the GE Filter flow with the Copper color lint dish.

Any 1958-66 Frigidaire Custom Imperial washer/dryer set. A 1963-64 Custom Imperial spin tube dishwasher and a few NOS 7/32 hp Meter-Miser compressors!

Two things...

I'd probably want two things...

First, a mid 1960's vintage TOL or MOL GE Filter Flo Washer/Dryer set.. Preferably TOL, but then again, that's just me. When did they start offering the Mini-Basket feature?

Second, probably a Portable Maytag Twin Tub with the Twin Impellers or a Hoover Twin Tub. I've seen the Hoovers with a solid top which allows it to double as a serving table, so it would be a little wife friendly. :)

Actually, come to think of it, either one of these would be awesome. :)

besides a house with a washer/dryer connection. Probably an early 70s Lady Kenmore washer and dryer or a 1980 model 70 BD Kenmore washer and dryer...and the washer has to have the DA agitator like the one I had to sell when I had to move after my landlady sold the house!

Good Question!!!!

I would like a WO65 Frigidaire or a pink 1950s Hotpoint Range for my kitchen. I have a nice 58 GE white one,but pink would look so good,Merry Christmas!!!!!!

All I want is !!!!!!!!!!

A GE top load pink interior bowtie impeller dishwasher. Not to much to ask for Santa !! A husband would be over the top , I know. Michael

My Grandma's 1968 Kenmore Alphabet washer with suds saver just like the one pictured. This is also my screen saver on which I get many different comments on. I hope santa can find me one.

Have a happy and safe holiday season

A 1959-65 40" electric Frigidaire range in Mayfair pink. Don't know how long Mayfair pink was offered and if only certain manufacturers offered it, but that would make holiday complete to do all the cooking! Turquois would be my second choice and chocolate my third. Please correct me anyone if I didn't states the colors correctly. I always like to improve my vintage appliance knowledge.

So far for the RANGE:

Yes, a nice glamorous 1950's to 1960's range w/ even a single oven cooking my turkey plus all the other fixin's including dessert all at once!

Pink sort of seems to be the color, though turquoise, especially if it's a double upper/lower oven, and not sure if it should be electric or gas, though gas I think I'd make a 1970's Caloric in harvest gold, 36" wide w/ the upper/lower oven & six burners (even though I think a brand w/ an over-sized middle 5th burner would be better!)...

Might think of more...

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!

Oooh! I wish i get any brand of vintage dishwasher with impeller on the bottom. But thats impossible because Europe dont know this type of dishwashers. :’(

Not sure I was good enough this year, but......

if I was, please Santa, I'm still hoping to find my mid-50's Hotpoint dishwasher (like the one in my avatar) with the reversible Roll-R-Rack and the lighted dial at the bottom. White would be sweet but I'd take any color at this point. If it's not too picky of a request already, I'd really love it if you wouldn't try to drag it down my chimney and scratch it all up. Please? Thanks Santa.

Well here is my Christmas wish list

First and foremost I'd love to get a very nice functioning 1966 TOL GE Filter Flo with suds saver and mini-wash and its matching electric dryer. This is the set my grandmother had until 10 yrs ago(you can refer to my avatar pic for picture) preferrably in white

But if that wasnt possible a nice late 60's MOL-TOL Filter Flo would suffice

Secondly I'd love a nice 1978 JCPenney MOL-TOL washer in white to match the 1978 electric dryer

Lastly I'd love a great KitchenAid portable dishwasher, a front load model preferrably in white but coppertone or avacado would suffice
