What works best for you?

So what detergent do you use for best performance in cleaning and rinsing?And what type of water do you have to use with the product?
Currently using Persils universal powder and Megaperls Colors.I had a residue problem with the universal powder,I'm hoping I'm on the road to recovery now with an occasional hot wash.

I only use

Tide powder with no bleach and have medium hard water. I have no problem with it and have great whites and bright colors. Tide all the way for me.

Wonder why there is no SAFE detergent brand in REAL LIFE?!

It's SUN Detergent Powder!

Cheap, long-lasting, and does a good job!

Also SAFE (as in the 'Brady Bunch detergent' brand) for ALL WASHABLES!
