Rusty 1970 Kenmore washer
These were really nice machines in their day. Unfortunately, this machine is too far gone to be a good restoration candidate.
The good news is the mechanical parts may be good in this machine. It looks like a washer that sat for a long time in the very damp basement.
But when you tear it apart, you might be surprised to find the outer tub base plate, etc. might be an excellent condition. The machine is not even had a new water pump and its working lifetime.

But at best, it’s a donor machine. The control panel and cabinet are just too far gone to ever be re-storable. Within reason, they are simply too many good machines around that are worth your effort if you really want to restore something like this.
