I know what it is

Jon, how could you paste-over the labels on the box? I used Photoshop to bring out the detail. Really, I think you should be proud of your proactive approach to resolving your flannel/socks issue!

Ok, the suspense is killing all of us.. Open the damn box...

LoL.. Feels like christmas as a little kid.. LoL

Told ya so!

six sides, a few holes for clothes and dials!

What is it?!! I'm too young to know this kind of machine!!

(ducks and runs out of room!)

Its not a Filter Flo

I love that BOX!!

But this machine will get the scuzzy lint off my socks since there is no drying to be had in it.

Yes I've gone off the deep end and snagged yet another Bendix.

This is almost identical to my other 1949 machine except to my surprise it has Shocks in a 28 inch cabinet!
I had posted earlier that the 1949 year represented a change for Bendix in that they lost a patent to use the knee dampers so in mid year they were forced to switch back to shock absorbers. But I had erroneously said that the cabinet had to be bigger, the 30 inch machine which was made all through the 1950's.
Well here sits a shock machine 28 inches wide. And here I sit with egg on my dog's face!
So with both machines side by side and Roberts amazing test towels we can send them both off balance and see who remains standing!!

It is in great shape, I got it from the original family , they said it was a family heirloom! Imagine.
All it needs is a hose and a good cleaning inside. It runs smooth too, atleast in the driveway.

Let the towel wars begin! Any suggestions for a load??
