I'm a serious
cook, and one 30 inch range does me fine. I have a 2007 model year now, and the oven acts up on occasion above 425 degrees f. It shuts down with an F9 door error code. Once it cools down some, it can be re started from 350, and once the cooling fan in the back comes on, it works fine. I have to pull it out of the cabinets to service it, and it is heavy. That's if it is the squirrel cage fan and not the control board.
My step son used to cook with his ear buds on, and he flooded the cook top with oil. Some must have gotten below the right front high power burner knob igniter switch. It caught fire, and the igniters were replaced, but the board may have been further damaged, and is just now acting up.
So I have my eye on a dual fuel Kitchen Aid with the cobalt blue front for the future.
