This machine handles a WIDE variety of loads, very well I might add, with minimal water EFFECTIVELY.....20 towels is a hard thing to comprehend, as with any load, based on bulk rather than quantity.....and although soe of the loads like on YouTbe may seem small, thats only because the wet clothes are compressed down.....you start this machine by dropping in clothes freely, until you reach the top of the tub....once water and suds start to saturate every compacts down.....but not only do you have the bouncing of the wash plate, but the continous water fall flow of suds water pouring over the load....which I find very effective in making sure all the clothes are saturated equally, and the same for rinsing......I really think this continuous water fall would be a help to the Cabrio/Bravo style and other impellor style TL HE washers....some do have the water fall, bu on a time limit, once the clothes are wet, and agitation starts the water stops....
I hve washed everything from baby diapers to king comforters, throw rugs to stuffed animals.....and although some people have issues with these machines.....I have had nothing but great cleaning results the first time, everytime!......that 1/4 cup of detergent and 3 gallons of water can do wonders for any load....
I invite you to try one out...Brian did at my house last week......for a modern machine, he is sold....and blind luck we found one for him
