Which Maytag dryer is this?

For some reason the model number that is popping into my head is the DE107.   Unless I'm mistaken this is the most BOL model available at the time.   So yes even though it's a big load dryer, this BOL model had the blue control panel trim, the white timer knob and no chrome at all on the control panel.

DE106

This was still called the DE106 I do believe. Same control panel as the HOH version, no chrome. This was BOL, absolutely no frills. Only difference is the Big Load machine underneath. The A106/D106 never were chromed, only silver painted and never went to the gold trim on the lower half. Maytag really didn't want to spend any money updating these machines.

Actually this isn't the MOST BOL they made... Maytag also made one step lower full-sized unit, the DE-91. The DE-91 looked sort of like a commercial unit with an aluminum, flat control panel. There was no washer mate to the DE-91.

Macboy91si,  I remember the machine you posted about had the same aluminum control panel, that was on the coin op fabrimatic washers or very similar.   I think it was guess the time  dry time only,  years before an auto dry cycle was required. alr

DE-10(x)

The brochures that I have list it through 1978 as being the DE-106 still even after the Big-Load version. It's odd since all of the rest of the models went to 08 and 09 series.
