'Which?' names the causes of fires

Fires in the home, apparently caused by faulty appliances:

Dishwashers: Hotpoint, Indesit (both now owned by Whirlpool).

Tumble Dryers: Hoover, Hotpoint.

Refrigeration: Beko, Hotpoint.

Washing Machines: Haier, Hoover.

Who is shocked?

I certanly ain't.

Anybody knows about the shady Indesit/Hotpoint quality.
Same with Hoover/Candy (who on earth designs a water level control system that can be screwed up by minor leakage of current to ground?).
And I mean, it's Haier.

It's a pity Candy ever got their grubby mitts on Hoover. All they've done is to run a decent name into the ground.

I wish Bosch had bought Hoover instead.

It was Whirlpool conducting an audit of Indesit, that uncovered the dodgy tumble dryers!
