I live in the sticks and found this guy who has over 600 washers from the late 60s and up.. I told him that I do not like that Dual -Action corkscrew thing.
He said no problem just tell him what kind of agitator do I want in what machine.. He loves the Jet-Cones but he can't find parts ever so he told me
anything but that..For a 100 bucks plus 6 months warranty on it.. I do like this Admiral Str8 Vane washer, there is also a Amana washer that I like.
he also has some Monkey wards and some mid 70s G.E., Magic Chef,Whirlpool,Maytag,RCA and S.Q. ..
He told me that most customers like the Dual Action jobs but he don't like either like me.He has over a 1000 Agitators of all shapes in the back of that place..
Does anybody have any advice on what to grab? New top washers are a joke bad and the front loaders are terrible also unless you spend a fortune on a Miele
and I cant believe I am saying this but, the real small Frigidaire front loaders work great even when packed.
