“It would be like selling a car and only showing exterior pictures without any interior pictures because the steering wheel is gone”
I know all that too well. Back in October of 2022, looked at a ‘66 Ford Galaxie 500 that looked to be in reasonable shape, they did show photos of the interior, exterior etc. Anyways looked at the car in person, had potential but the biggest turn off was the seller didn’t offer to start it, didn’t have the keys (though cars of that era car be easily hot wired, but even so), rear doors were essentially stuck shut (was a past sedan model), wasn’t willing to negotiate and just ended up passing up on it all together. Looked at several others since then.
Sometimes, people just don’t look into the details or anything for that matter. Pictures inside and out along with running (or driving if it’s a car) is how you can make a sale along with being able to negotiate on a price. Sometimes, sellers are just in a completely different world at times it seems.
