Who Likes Krispy Kreme Doughnuts???!!!???

They're not doughnuts.

Krispy-Cremes aren't doughnuts... They're CANDY. The chain is dying a slow death in Chicagoland.
Yes, I like them and I can eat barely one - then I'm done for about a year. Shame. I would like for the chain to survive and I'd spend my money there if I could but there's nothing for me to buy.
In Chicagoland we also have Dunkin'Donuts. Not great doughnuts but tolerable. I patronize my independent doughnut maker whenever possible as those are so much better. I liked CEE-BEEs but they're nowhere around anymore.

Too sweet for me, I'll take a Dunkin Donut over a Krispy Kreme any day. And I'll take a Biagio's donut over a Dunkin any day. If you are ever in Eastlake, Ohio do check out Biagio's Donut and Pizza. Best donuts on the east side of Cleveland. And then there are paczki (pronounced punch-key). Polish jelly donuts made for Shrove Tuesday, Fat Tuesday for our southern friends. They are the richest filled donut you will ever taste. Traditionally made as the kitchen was purged of sweets and cooking fats before Lent began. Remember, this coming Tuesday is Paczki Day.
