The control setup looks very, very similar to KitchenAid (other than that display which I guess just counts elapsed time).

The coupler wheel also looks very much like KitchenAid/Whirlpool.

But the model number starts with 100 like most other newer Kenmore smalls, which I think I heard was Frigidaire/Electrolux. The date code looks like some time in 2007, so it's a little older model.

Anyone know?

Hmm, I wonder if Sears assigned the 100 prefix to another manufacturer at some point? They have been known to do this before. As I believe Regina went bankrupt and got sold to Oreck in the 90s, I think it's highly unlikely Regina made this.
 
The buttons remind

of the Chinese made Kitchen Aid's too. Yeah, no I'd pass too. Hubby donated our vintage Oster when our kids got a Vita Mix and gave us their uplevel Ninja. We don't blend often. I use a Philips stick blender a lot, or my 1983 Cuisinart DLC 7.
