I haven't refilled cartridges myself for a long time. I have been getting them refilled at Cartridge World, and so far I have been very satisfied with them. I havent' tried Walgreens yet.

On the Cannon MP620, does it take four cartridges? What is the approx. price of replacement cartridges?

Just hooked up a Dell Wireless printer for my sister with absolutly no problems. The replacement cartridges don't seem to be that expensive either. (Dell Model#V305W). Was $99 with free shipping.

Also looking at a Lexmark X4875. The cartridges seem reasonable, and it does two-sided printing.

It has 5 ink cartridges, and they are about $15.99 each.
