Hi guys,
Just thought i would begin a thread in which you guys could share any words of wisdom or funny sayings, inscriptions in cards etc... Just coz i recieved a rather nice card from a friend who wrote this inside her card:

" There is no wilderness like life without friends; friendship multiplies blessings and minimises misfortunes; it is a unique remedy against adversity and it soothes the soul".

I thought that was one of the most beautiful cards i have ever been given because the words are so true and meaningful. Have a great christmas everyone.

To those of you having trouble decorating your house this season just remember this sage advise given to me years ago (when I was referred to as some sort of poultry!) by a wise old friend...."OH Mary. It takes a fairy to make it pretty!"

Now where the hell did I put Mary's number? I'm up to my wazoo in tinsel!
