Ad:"Check out this pretty, unique black vintage Maytag dishwasher. We just bought a new house and this was in it. Our homebuyers warranty inspected it and said it was in perfect working condition. Not sure on the age but I'd guess it is one of the first few years dishwashers were made. It has a blue ceramic interior which I was told by the inspector is pretty rare. I personally love the light blue color. You load the cups on bottom and plates and silverware on top."

Oh why of course - this MUST be one of the first machines built by Josephine Cochrane back at the turn of the last century....  Dripping with sarcasm? MOI???

I guess it would really blow their minds if they were to be told there was such a thing as an "electric sink" in the 20s let alone, as Paul states, a dishwashing machine in 1900. I would like to think that even someone who was totally unversed would realize that it wasn't from the time when DW were first made. But then some people are just totally oblivious about most things beyond their bubble.

Why that must be an antique machine! You have to move a lever and turn a knob to make it work. OH THE THOUGHT!!! Let alone you put "stuff" in it backwards to any of today's machines.

THOSE PEOPLE ARE FOOLS!!!

They don't know what they are giving up!
