Changing power cord is usually not very difficult. You just need to trace the contacts back to where they connect on motor or wherever. If appliance is not currently grounded, it might be a good idea to do so now using a three prong appliance cord. If not confident about doing job yourself any good appliance repair person should be able to handle job.

Your washer is either a Dexter "Quick Twin" or Philco "Twin-A-Matic". Either way library in group has some information: https://www.automatice.org/cgi-bin/index.cgi?showdoc~1431~Dexter~

You can search internet using either washer name to find more information. Brochures, owners manuals, and other publications for one or both also are often found on eBay and similar places.

Hopefully someone will chime in about the pump. Obviously finding one NOS may prove to be difficult for a vintage washer, but you never know. This or maybe someone can suggest a work around. Most common thing is to find another washer with a good pump and swap it out.

Archives of group contain many threads about Philco/Dexter twin tub wringer washers.

Drain hose replacement is usually pretty straight forward repair. These are usually held onto pump end by some sort of screw or other clamp. Release clamp, take off hose , put on new, tighten clamp....

Am guessing any standard rubber washing machine hose will fit. These are sold at hardware stores, appliance shops, eBay, etc...

Once you have new hose fitted, can sort out pump issues.

Many of these vintage wringer washers were over built. Thus hopefully pump on your washer suffers from being laid up too long.

Once have sorted out hose situation, fill one tub about halfway with hot water, and let it sit for half hour or so, then try draining. This should help moisten any internal rubber parts that may have dried out from sitting used.
