Beginning on the front page of the Wednesday Personal Journal Section (and possibly available through a Google search) is an article about loading dishwashers and the fights and conflicts involved. We have discussed this here previously. They did have some money shots of racks and loading patterns as well as comments by industry people. What they did not say is that some people are totally spatially & mechanically challenged and could not figure out optimal loading to achieve greatest capacity and cleaning performance if their lives depended on it.
I was going to post this yesterday, but a colleague showed up at my desk with a work-related problem, of all things, and by the time we finished, it was time to leave.
