Tell us, how have you changed your eating habits and diet? Did you have a specific motivation or was it just "that time" for you?
One of my employee's wife lost 81 pounds when her doctor put her on diabetes medication and told her she only had to take it until she lost weight or progressed into insulin, limb loss, heart disease,etc. She chose weight loss and no longer takes any meds at all.
