Yeah it's hot...

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

It's hot here too, forecast was mid 80's and I had 91 in my car today. It doesn't feel that bad today because we don't have a lot of humidity... Yet. That's supposed to come in tomorrow. Saturday's forecast is something like 96 and humid, heat index 105-115. A/C is on and will be for the foreseeable future, 2 of 3 window air conditioners on low and holding most of the house low 70's. Not planning on doing much of anything outside this weekend!

Lovely

Here too - North West England, UK.

86-90F with almost what feels like no humidity (almost unheard of temperatures for the U.K.) Atlantic makes sure our little island isn’t too warm or dry for too long, especially here in the NW (the wettest region of the U.K., but upside is we have by far the best tap water though on the back of it).

We’re all melting as we’re just not used to the heat and whilst all workplaces and commercial premises have AC, our homes typically do not (again we just don’t get the weather often enough to warrant it - even being different to mainland Europe in terms of typical weather)

For Friday...

Close the double-pleated blinds that cover the double-pane windows, make sure the ice maker is full and don't go anywhere for any reason.

Now for the 4th, I can see (and hear) a spectacular fireworks display in Palm Desert from my driveway. It was fun when I first moved here but now it's fairly routine. Once we loaded patio chairs in my pickup and had a party at close-range in a church parking lot. Even though my dogs are Springer Spaniels (gun dogs) and not scared by loud noises I still prefer to stick close to home. Don't forget to keep your pups inside.

We had a hot Saturday just above 90, but today the marine layer has returned and it's going to be comfortable for the rest of the week. Should help with getting the wildfires under control.

July 4th almost consistently brings pleasant weather along with it to most of the S.F. Bay Area, and this year will be no different.

I just finished moving two truck loads

Of vacuum cleaners to our new house, I was absolutely wringing wet from head to toe, its horrible, how anyone could like this over winter is completely beyond my comprehension!..i can work in the cold, not in this!at 10 pm the sign on the church up the road from us said 85...at 10 pm!!!!

With all due respect Hans...

I have seen the sign at the bank around the corner flash temps of 100+ at 10:00 PM or later, of course the humidity was about 0. You are probably surrounded by beautiful green plants and trees, not rocks and cactus. Count your blessings.

Just kidding of course...
