Not made anymore
I don't think that exact model is being made anymore. My recollection is that the larger GE models and their compact had more favorable reviews than the middle size model which was not very popular/ had a lot of failures. Are you certain you need a really large machine? I...

I have this Electrolux. I like it a lot. It gives you good cycle control. If you look in the manual you will see all of your actual cycle choices. You can add a rinse to any cycle. I am not aware of any but possibly the most high-end machines that will allow you to select a hot...
Love mine
I turn it on and take the dogs for a walk. By the time we return, it has finished the kitchen. The dogs like to hang out in the kitchen (oh surprise!) and I don't like dog fur floating around on the floor. Wonderful invention. The scooba is not bad either....
Electric vs gas
My old Maytag gas dryer overdried everything. My newer GE compact electric dryer dries things to a wonderful softness but like mrboilwash above I do shake the towels out as I am putting them into the dryer.
Hmmm
It may well work for amount of smelly clothing that will fit in a bathroom sink,...it might be the answer to the technical fabrics smell problem. I can't imagine it would be effective against real dirt.
Electrolux
Since you prefer small loads, try the Electrolux compact washer and GE compact electric dryer (it is a vented dryer), or if you need a ventless dryer then I would go with the Electrolux compact dryer.
Union busting
For over 35 years business has waged a relentless war against unions. They have pretty much won. There are fewer and much less powerful unions left and there are also many fewer people in the "middle class", for all of you who insist on a right to work state, see the link. The...
Electric
Has anyone tried any of these? I have always been told that in order for induction to work well it needs to be 240V plus more amps, making it a very expensive experiment.
"Something bad will eventually come of it, I'm sure." We are already there, just in denial, so it will get worse before (hopefully) better...and those multinationals expect the military to protect them...
US foreign policy has been dominated by the simplistic concept that the enemy of my enemy is my friend with no understanding of subtlety. That concept does not hold true. ISIS finds its roots in Wahabism which has kept Saudi Arabia conservative and the house of Saud in power for 200 years...
"I am sure that GW will find the WMD someday."
Huh? ISIS is a WMD, they have already stated that they intend to annihilate the yazidis and are doing a very good job of it. They would like to kill every single American and European as well as a bunch of Muslims that they don't feel are "Muslim...
Awwww play along with them. Tout that party line. Be stupid and agree that everything Putin and the other oligarchs say is correct and true....then buy their soap.
Any soap can be a dangerous chemical...
Why is it that so much of what passes for politics and religion these days requires that you...
That is exactly how I felt after they managed to completely destroy a beautiful stove in transit. They did not care. But it did take me four months to get a refund. After three months, when they realized they needed to refund the money to the credit card, someone from the store finally called...
