read your manual. then read it again. Rinse aid goes in the last rinse. From what I see, your dispenser is empty, fill it where the lines are beside the "MAX", not the little hole.

your kidding right? you add it at the start of the cycle with detergent?

Rinse aid "it was excessively wet in there despite using a rinse aid, so after applying it in the dispenser the supposedly right way, the dampness is under control" How were you using the rinse aid in the first load? and what is the "supposed" right way?
