I've got an old Admiral dishwasher that I can't find a manual for and am curious about the specifics of its controls. Model number DW_2 ATU33000.

It has a set of 3 mutually buttons and a dial with 5 stops, off, A, B, C, and plate warmer. Based on thread #43452 and the page below, here are my best guesses for the symbols on the buttons:
Pots and pans - Pots and pans load, perhaps increases the length/number of cycles?
2 cups + 2 plates - Heavy load
1 cup + 1 plate - Light load
2 plates with hot air - Heated dry
Shower head in octagon - Rinse

I'm mostly wondering how the buttons, the labels around the buttons, and the dial positions all relate. My current guess is that the dial must match the selected button, and the button symbols are to be read vertically, meaning that A + left button is pots and pans (heaviest load), A + middle is heavy load with heated drying, B + middle is light load with heated drying... but then I get lost with the right button.

Any insight would be appreciated. If anyone is miraculously able to point me towards a manual, that would be even better.

had one of these

right button a&b same as middle but runs cycle with no heat dry, and rinse only symbol on same button for use with C on cycle dial

I'll make an additional conjecture. the left is Pots & Pans--if like Whirlpools of the day, that involves water heat phases during prewash and main wash and possibly final rinse also. And those were thermostatically held periods. The middle button offered no water heating phases. And the right button eliminated heated dry.
