No the original tranny was spin draining. They came out and said a new tranny was in order. The new one came but was grinding when draining, but stopped when the tub would spin. They said it was bad from he factory. So they needed to order me a new one. I got the new one but the day before sears...
Hi all! Yes sears ordered a second tranny as they said the new tranny was broke from factory. A day before sears came to install I got a call from sears executive offices and advised me that they didn't want to install the part and offered me a replacement. They said the two trannys and the tub...
I actually won't be installing this. Sears will on Monday. And the snap clips? Which ones and what happened if there broke. Sorry for sounding dumb right now
Yes I wanted to replace the tub ring anyway. It's looking a little old. And it has some mold on the underneath. I knew the timer did not control the "spin drain". I even told them it was in the tranny and they didn't believe me. I mean really. The make a neutral drain kit to fix that problem...
I had got the parts yesterday. A new tub. New tranny. Another timer as they said its the timer causing the spin drain, which I doubt because they offer a neutral drain kit for the tranny. And also a water valve. The hot water was coming in very slow

Yes the paddles were small and I had asked Chris Polk about why my manual at the time for the 70 j series showed the bigger paddles with the blue holes. He basically said the iq touch uses the same drum as the wave touch. I think the iq touch is 4.2 and wave touch 4.4. He said the paddles make...
