tide is sooo expensive... i agree with you. in addition, when coupons come out for tide, they aare generously offering you .20 off your next purchase of "any size tide" i think its funny. question- i was in sears and saw the powder detergent they offer. does anyone know ifits good detergent...

go for the kirkland detergent. its inexpensive, and is rated very high in consumer reports.. i have been using it for years in my front loader, with great success. scent is nice,and never too much sudsing. give it a try, you'll love it , and it'll save you money

and this oxydol washes as if its cheap detergent.. a shame... i bought it recently.. he type.. its as thin as water... disappointed and sad at the same time.. to take a great brand name and cheapen up that way... not the oxtdol i remember from time gone by...

stick to the washer collection.... they are easier to maintain than a guy....

its not really the forum to ask this, but all of you have given out some great tips, and advise, and im desperate !!!! i have marble flooring in my entrance, dining room, and hallways.. i can see dirt imbedded slightly, as well as the luster gone... i dont know how to clean and get them looking...
