The load and go is a 40 load dispense on the WFW6620. It is a dispenser that sits inside the bottom pull out drawer. I believe it is smaller on the 5620.

I've had my machine nearly a year and there has been no signs of any scratches on the inner concave plastic opening. Door still looks like new. Haven't used the washer in about a month now.

How rough could baffles in a front load actually be ? You have the cushioning effect of the water ?

Hi John, would using powdered detergent or liquid be better for a front loader? I have fairly hard water and liquid doesn't give the water a slick feeling like powder does. So is that slick feeling the water softening agents which I assume would be better for washer parts ?

Hi Pierre. As far as water temps are concerned I never measured the temps but the lowest model with a heater is the WFW5620. If you get a Whirlpool make sure it has a sanitize setting.....DO NOT get one that has the setting "sanitize with oxi"...just "sanitize"....these washers are incredibly...

These are not actually duets or they are not called that anymore. This looks like the WFW6620 that I currently own. Very good machine. Very water and energy efficient and a great cleaner. Nice assortment of cycles and features. Highly recommend.

Thanks Bob. My machine has a presoak option which is really just an extended main wash. There is no water change between the presoak and wash. I don't get filthy dirty so the machine would be fine as is but how about people who do get grimy and dirty ? When I move next month I'm debating...

I always thought the first generation oasis machines harkened back to the early rounded cabinet washers and dryers.
