Gasping for breath... Someone bring me some smelling salts... I'm going to faint!  

The Powells... who lived up the street from me had that exact fridge AND  in coppertone!!!  I am salivating here!  I have always loved coppertone and I begged and begged Mama to get coppertone back in 1971 but she chose avacado.  Beautiful!!!!!

I would love to have a set of these in black.  I remember lusting over them at Sears back in the day!  Sadly, no room and no money!   

I tried them... I was not impressed.  The Tide pods did not completely dissolve and left slimy gooey mess on the laundry.  I had to wash some things an additional two times before I got the mess off. Also, it seemed like laundry washed in the Tide pods made my skin itch.  I seem to recall...

Somewhat same thing here My hot water heater was going bad.  I had it replaced and everything is fine now.  We've used Cascade Complete for a long time but have changed over to Finish and have been well pleased.

If I were buying a new top loader it would be Speed Queen based upon all the good things I have read about them in the posts on this site.

Hans... My Mama and Dad used to buy souse meat at a local butcher/grocery store.  They ate it on saltines with vinegar.  I never ate any  myself.  I've also heard  souse meat called head cheese.  On occasion, when I'm sure they wanted to totally gross me out and make me sick, they would eat...

Kevin, I love your posts and videos.  Would pork loin or some boneless pork chops work well with this recipe?  I have never heard of stewing pork.  Thank you.

My Mama had that exact stove in avacado.  Hers was a 1974 model.  I gave it away when I remodeled her kitchen in 1995.  It was still working great.  Replaced it with a Whirlpool.  The Whirlpool has never held a candle to that Frigidaire.

The Kenmore dryer looks like a 1961 model LK Alphabet dryer.  My Mama had the matching 1961 LK Alphabet washer.  That was the washer I learned to do laundry with.  Good times.  Good memories.  Great washer!

Beautiful!  Wish I could get it to keep sodas in!

Suave Daily Clairfying shampoo gets all grease and oil stains out!  Even burned motor oil.  Seriously.  Pour onto stain, rub it in well and wash!  You can toss the treated garmet in the hamper until laundry day and it works just as well too.  I keep a huge bottle in my laundry room at all times.
