Hoover Vision 1600 8kg Washing Machine!!!!

Nice machine, like the new drum in your model, looks really good. I'm glad you like your new machine, it just goes to show that today's Hoover's are almost as good as models of yesteryear like the Keymatic, Electron, Logic, New Wave etc. I like the rinse water levels too! Just like the Logic...

    ARISTON

Speaking of Ariston's of yesteryear, I've found this old advert on Youtube, but it's not what you're thinking lol

    INDESIT 610W

I love Indesit's too, even the love-it-or-hate-it Moon model lol. My nana who lives down in Somerset has a late 1998 WG1030 model. It's no Miele but it's a very good machine, I love it! It's a base model with 3 buttons, On/Off, Economy 60C, and reduced spin 1000/600RPM. It features the...

What is your favorite modern washer and dryer?

Well, mine would be... 1st place: Miele. You just can't beat them! A solid, classy machine with top class reliability as standard. My model is just great! 2nd place: Gorenje. They do some really stylish machines and I especially love the touch-screen models, namely the 2000RPM spin washing...

One of my UK mysteries solved!!!!

Wow! That is one awesome Creda! I've never seen this model in my life until now! I dread to think how many exist today lol Still, it looks great, I'd like to know more about this model and maybe some of the others in the range. I also love to see one in real life and working too!

    On A Haier Note

Hi all, I've been to Comet just the other day and although I first found them on their website, I've come across this washing machine from Haier. It looks like a cross between an LG and an Indesit but it has plenty of features for not much money and makes a good alternative to the usual fodder...

    My latest purchase :-)

I like the look of those AEG's. Very solid and classy, even now. They're better than today's Electrolux based models lol. I'm already impressed with sparkcymru's model, it's a great machine! I wouldn't mind 1 of those myself! I also like how they kept the basic design unchanged for many...

    Sangiorgio TESI 825...PICTURES!

Diomede That's a wonderful machine you've got there, hard to believe it's 25 years old, looks more like 2 or 3 lol! Hope the machine still works, a bit of white paint is all that's needed to cover the rust. I'd love to see a vid of it working!

    Gorenje-A real hidden gem!

Liking the comments so far, keep them coming! Remember, this thread is about Gorenje washing machines, past and present and the brand in general. Any interesting machines or facts would be great!

    Gorenje-A real hidden gem!

Hi all, I'm very curious to find out more about the Slovenian brand Gorenje. I just love the look of their current models, they look really stylish. I especially love the flagship model with the touchscreen control panel and 2000RPM spin. It'll catch on in the UK if the model range was expanded...

    1964 Candy Automatic 3 restoration

That's a very nice Candy washing machine you've restored, it looks great! I enjoyed watching the vid of it as well! It's got a nice method of washing and the water levels are also good. More vids please! I wonder what your next restoration project will be, another Candy or something different? I...

I have never seen this before

I've never seen a washing machine like this before! It looks fab and classy too! I quite like the sink bit on top, wonder how it all works? I suppose the water connection is shared with the machine and the drained water goes through it's drain pump, I'm guessing that what happens! Reply me...

    well well well

Well, I wonder how that got there lol! Looks a bit used but I reckon there still plenty of life left in it. Just make sure this 1 doesn't breakdown because parts supply could be a issue down under, they're not readily avaliable here as it is in the UK. Still, I hope it goes to a nice home.

    Indesit Moon - wonderful performance!

Oh sorry, I misunderstood what you meant, I thought you were talking about an Electrolux and not the Indesit Moon lol! I like the Moon but you just can't see into it, I prefer my nana's WG1030 instead. I like the Electrolux as well, bet it was more expensive than the equivalent Zanussi models...

    Indesit Moon - wonderful performance!

Opaque Electroux door with dispenser built into the seal? I'm not sure if such a machine exists, can't even imagine it lol! But it'd be interesting to find out more about it though!

Hotpoint / Zanussi Liberator Model 1826 Pictures

Just 1 thing: It's not a real Hotpoint Liberator lol! It's a Zanussi! but I love the purple colour scheme though. I bet that model does anti-clockwise spin just like the Zanussi would. The service manual makes interesting and fascinating reading. I quite like to know about the export models that...

    Hoover electron 800!

I'm glad this Hoover has gone to a good home. But it could of been mine lol! Still, I like it, especially the high water levels it does and yes, judging by the pictures, it looks just like brand new. It's better than todays Candy based machines I can tell you!
