Can you really be sure...
...that they'll give the shirt a perc bath or will just wash it, too? I don't know about the U.S. but here some fabrics wear the new "wet clean" label which is, IMHO, just washing in a professional way...
A definitive would-buy
I'm very unhappy to say that these twin-washers won't come to Europe, as LG told me via e-mail.
The combination range/oven/dishwasher is originally an Italian invention from "Candy"... It is called "Trio".
Siemens heat-pump dryer
We bought it when it was a novelty at the tradeshow but the BOSCH version.
Horrible thing, it was broken once because of too much animal hair (we own four cats) and now it has problems with heating up. Doesn't do reverse tumbling which is a shame because it "balls"...
Talking bout US front-loaders
I believe Euro-style machines will do more than two or three rinses and the cycle times are much longer. I own a Euro-style top-loader which does five or six rinses when the allergy option is selected... logixx or henene4 will have more information to this...
Nice machine...
...but it seems to be available in Brazil only and that's a shame. I think there would be a market for that little helper in Germany, too. Nevertheless, Daewoo has vanished from here yet a long time ago. Maybe their cars are still on sale over here but I'm not too sure about that...
I think of it as gimmickery
When the clothes are distributed to the sides of the metal drum, it will set even more wrinkles, I bet and these will be even harder to remove...
Pre-iron
What is that? Also, I'm not convinced regarding twin-dos and cap-dos... But as far as I understand, one can use detergents and additives independently from that.
H-axis yes...
...but from left to right, not as Euro counterparts who move from front to back. Interesting but I doubt the quality of Staber Industries.
GE
Not that I know much about US style toploaders but this washer really looks cheap in my eyes. The wash action is poor, too, as shown in Yogitune's video link...
And that is why the top loader was superior for decades, ..
This thesis has to be explained closer. I don't see any superiority in V-axis toploaders over front loaders besides not to stoop down.
