While $800.... ...is outrageous IMHO, I find the styling, details, and ornamentation of the older appliances (especially Kenmore), very attractive and appealing. Most newer appliances, seem so bland, except the truly TOL products. Anyone else think similarly? John

Anyone know the capacity of that particular GE dryer?  I've got one just like it and the interior of the drum seems huge - the opening likewise - if you'll notice the larger door on some of the older GEs.  It seemed to dry very fast to me.  Just curious about it's capacity.
