uhm, lovely palate of pastels, but where is the seafoam green?
And dont give me that cra*p that is has to be an appliance color, ok?

Hey I see what looks like a 10-cup Farberware rice-cooker, the very kind I donated to Goodwill because I burned the rice ever time. What's your secret?

And pardon the nosy-ness, please. Does you house have natural gas? 'Cause the cooker/stoive is electric. Is this common in your area? Here for the most part if a house has gas it's also what one cooks with.

:-)

I hope that in 2011 when I come for a conference in your fair city I can come see your collections.
Of course, if the house is clean :-D

Sea - Foam would clash with the Turquoise, I like Sea-Foam but not as much as I like Turquoise, its my favorite color.

Burned rice is delicious. :)

All houses here have natural gas here. Behind the range is a 220 volt line as well as a gas line, both were installed there long before I moved in. But I wouldn't be caught dead cooking on a gas stove. I find baking is so much better out of an electric oven and the only thing I found that cooking on gas cooktop that works better is when you are cooking milk. But I use a Pyrex star grate under the pot and it simulates the results of cooking milk on a gas cooktop. Give me a GE or Hotpoint 40" range any day over anything so smelly as gas.

Suggestion:

Robert:

If you're looking for a top for the Hotpoint, may I suggest a white polypropylene cutting surface? You've seen the white poly cutting boards in kitchenwares shops, I'm sure. Poly board comes in custom sizes if you go to a restaurant supply house, which Minneapolis has to have several of. If you'll get a 1-inch thickness, you'll have a very sanitary cutting surface that is kind to knives, and it can be washed in a DW, providing one of your arsenal of machines is big enough. Poly board is great stuff. P.S.: Depending on the restaurant supply house, a moat and well can be routed into the edge of the board after it's cut. Some places can do this, some can't. It's a very useful feature if you're cutting meat.

Hi Robert. Great collection of dishwashers. They are look to be in perfect condition. I would love to see them in action with plexiglass doors.
