1956 GE Sink/Dishwasher Combo in Deep South

Here is an interesting DW/Sink combo that I have never seen before. Its a GE with a light mounted over the sink! Its located in Fort Smith, Arkansas and the owner would like to find a new home for it because she is redoing her kitchen. If interested please contact Diana at [email protected]

Wow, a roll out drawer style impeller dishwasher!!! Super cool!!!

Whoa! That's the first thing I noticed; besides the cool light, it wasn't a top load.

I wonder if she was using the DW prior to redoing her kitchen?

That's way cool! I hope you get it!!! I have a unit like that, no sink door or sink top. I always assumed that the sink would be a stainless unit. I hope to see interior

I contacted her today. She told me that she was not planning the remodel until the spring. Being busy right now with inventory, she might be able to let me see it next week. I told her to contact me whenever she was ready.<P> Thanks for the heads up Robert!<P> Of all things, I forwarded the post and pic to my friend Janet at work. She emailed back all excited....I thought she was funning around. Then SHE emailed back that she had sent an email to the lady! I just laughed. First she was laughing at (with) me about my washing machine fetish. Now she wants to go to the Convention AND she is sniping machines from me! I told her I thought I was creating a monster! LOL<p> I will try and get some pics when I get to go look at the machine! Hope everyone has a great ending to there week! Tom
