Love the old Maytags!!!!
My mother has the first computer touch DU1000 Still going strong... love the large top rack where all the plates and big stuff goes... we can get our 18 qt Nesco in and its clean!

Who would have made these for Maytag?
It was my understanding that Maytag made their own machines. In fact, I was told that Maytag made several other brands machines for them as well, including Whirlpool.
