Donald brought home 2 pumpkins from his Parents garden, so I decided to cook them...both of them, it made a pot full!

The Aristo Craft Dutch Oven with the domed cover, NO WATER..medium heat until the lid was hot, then low.

I threw these on the garden, I will plow them under, I plan to start a compost pile as soon as I can.

And I don't have to guess but once as to what you're getting ready for! I hope to make some old fashioned (fattening) desserts next week.

Yeah buddy..
When are you coming down to visit, hopefully I will get some cooking done before long...pies cookies and bread...i even went to Whole Foods and bought some whole Nutmeg and some stick cinnamon!

Hans, I hope to get down to see ya'll and Bob sometime after the first of the year. I'll be pretty much buried in work until then. That'll give me something to look forward to after all the festive time has ended.
