<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;">So I'm curious about this liquid because weren't most of the machines a this era designed with dispensers that didn't work well with liquid detergents?  Was this likely used in machines that didn't have dispensers yet?</span>

old dishwashers

Many of the very old dishwashers had no pre-rinse, so a liquid would be fine, just pour it right into the tub.

I would love to see the chemical ingredients that Chat was manufactured with.
