They must have some pretty hard water up there in Michigan..
Jim,
You can say that again... Depending on the area, many places in southern lower Michigan, especially Detroit, Ann Arbor, up to Flint and over to Lansing have very hard water. Hence if you ever watch any Michigan channel, you hear that very annoying ladies voice screaming "HEY CULLIGAN MAN"!!!
I'm glad to see that you were able to reverse the Michigan water damage. This is why when I found that Youngstown Kitchens dishwasher like Jimmy's, I wanted to get the word out. It was virgin, and had none of the Michigan sludgy buildup in the washtank, or on any of the racks....LOL.
The solution you have for the fill flume is just sweet. When we are able to "engineer" something to make it work, or make it better, you definitly get a stronger sense of satisfaction when you get to use it, and it performs better than it would have without it...
I feel that way over in the vacuum world.
Congrat's again on your beautiful set, and good luck on your continuing restoration work...
Chad
