a 1975 Westy TL joins the fleet

got this one today-related to a thread on here earlier this year.Worn bushing on the motor,rotor drags.If I can't repair or replace the original motor,i have a motor with top-mounted pump from a 1990 FD"Horizon 2000" that might be adaptable to the westy.Washer is in white with blue ramp agitator and waterfall filter

Westinghouse TL's were aesthetically cute, too bad for those darn indexing tubs.

Keep an eye out for a vintage GE Filter-Flo.  They offer lint removal that's beyond compare, and probably aren't much louder when operating than your Westinghouse was.  I snagged an '80s machine for friends who had two dogs and its filter pan was always full of fur.
