A different take on Grilled Cheese!

Does it ever look good! I have to admit, I know that kale is one of the hot new food trends - marketed as a "super food," but I have yet to warm up to it. I love spinach, swiss chard, etc., but I'm just not crazy about the taste. Lots of gooey cheese and carmelized onions could change my mind, however!
