I'm a very shy person myself too, especially in social situations where I odn't know but a couple of people or I"m not in my comfort zone.

But everyone here, when I meet them in person for the first time, it's like seeing an old long-lost firend again!!

You cant gain weight during the Holidays if you have already been on a diet before,so I have been told See, the strange and newly introduced carbs and fat send the body into a metabloic shock since it is not used to them and you end up losing weight anyways. All goes well until January 15th and then when you drive by a doughut shop, you gain 15 lbs. The best cure is to spend the Holidays naked on an Island of nubile and fit natives, and you will loose weight just by comparison. You'd be suprised how far a mango stretches from breakfast to a dinner food when you are trying to reduce you stomach line to look good at the pool.
