Toggle---Vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil on tepid vegetables; you are SO Mediterranean. My Italian Mom used to serve vegetables that way all the time, especially for lunch. And you're right, they're delicious served that way.
If you really want a taste treat, saute the dandelions with garlic, olive oil and anchiovies!! Good stuff..... That works with broccoli, too....for the anchiovy lovers in the house, that is!!
