God that is freaky

and I was worried that me posting a piccy of the A3190 might jinx you!

Seems not.

Heartfelt congratulations on your acquisition of the A3190. It looks in great condition too!

When you have it sorted could you post a few portrait pictures of it? The only images of the A3190 I have are the advert images of it, but there is nothing better than the real thing.

Now there are examples of all generations of Electrons in preservation - this being the missing first generation of electron, which was based on the A3110 series.

1st generation machine - the A3190 1100
2nd generation machine - the A3260 1100
3rd generation machine - the A3350 1100
4th generation machine - the A34XX series machines of which there are a few still about.

After that the A35XX series were the 1st generation Logics.

I am so happy for you.
A really pleased
Paul

Hoover Electron 1100

he he i still cant beleive it is the one :-)

MIKE

Thanks very much for your comments

Ahh the Kenwood SS bowl. umm i do have thing about these great machines (no surprise really), but if Kenwood SS bowls come in at work i do take them

Also if i had taken a bigger picture you would have seen a Hoover Junior and a Senior plus the base from a 612 and a 119 plus assorted bits of hi-fi and general crap that end up in the back of my car

MARK
Thanks again matey :-) pleased as punch i am
I am sorry to have confused you but i really did think that michael was you, soooooo who is michael?

ROB
To be honest matey your picture was great but the panick going on in my head about wether it was an electron or some other machine kept me awake for a while, and the anxiety in me this morning when i was led through to the kitchen.....reached near boiling point, I still havent accepted that i have it.......I really must get life some time :-)

TO ALL

I have posted a few crap vids of the Hotpoint 15790 on youtube as i now have to get rid of it ;-( as i just do not have the room, so if any of you are interested that would be great

Here are few still shots of the Hoover 1100 collection and a link to the Hotpoint

Cheers
Gary

Hi Gary

Well that is not a machine I have ever seen so thanks for posting pics of it. You'll have to keep us updated on it.

BTW the Computer one in the middle, is the door ring broken?

Rob

Broken Ring

Hello Rob

Erm no the trim ring is fine, the door rubber needs re-seating (I have just replaced it)

I havent had time to try out the electron yet other than putting it through a spin cycle

But i will be doing vids of it and the computer control at some time

Cheers
Gary
