Wall of Hotpoint toploaders fitting into place, a few had suffered from not being used so each one was tested and new parts such as blocked pumps, new pipes etc..
Center wall of Great British Classics rather than line of brand..So from left to right Bendix 7147 set, Hoover A3060 Set, Hotpoint Purple Liberator set and a Servis Quartz set.

Working great, now to wheel it into the line up, they are great with the hot water combi boiler fill, its just above them so supply runs directly into them now..
Now with all that hot soapy water and machoine testing we realise there was a plumbing issue and the floor drains were not clearing quick enouch, mops at the ready...so out come the technical drawings, grids and pipework found, tops whipped off and plunge to find concrete and builders rubble that had slipped down, so hands in and rods down and flushing with test water . flowing a treat in no time !!
At least the guests where spared mops n buckets although John as ever got stuck in with the Hotpoint repairs and to see the differences with the British models.
The 1nd model of Hotpoint toploader , the 1502 from 1964 had many isues including hole in the outer drum so off the team went out comes inner bowl and outer drum..
