I saw this neat looking old Electrohome stereo in the Restore today.. Too bad it's colonial-esque otherwise I might have been more tempted.

Watch it. Parts for the Dual 1000 series changer in the Electrohome unit are becoming unobtainium over the past few years.

Antique televisions and entertainment units galore end up here. I always laugh when I hear that term... 20 odd years ago when my dad was still alive my mom wanted one to put their set in. He had a dry sense of humor like me and would always call it the "ENTERTAIN MENT UNIT" in that sort of sarcastic Seinfeld way. He thought the term was so stupid LOL

No, those don't show up all that often and when they do they sell quick. What doesn't sell fast any more is antique furniture, like diningroom sets,, the real antique stuff.. Nobody seems to want that stuff any longer like they did 10 or so years back. Goes along with seeing so many "antique" malls shutting down everywhere.
