Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

Antique televisions and entertainment units galore end up here. I always laugh when I hear that term... 20 odd years ago when my dad was still alive my mom wanted one to put their set in. He had a dry sense of humor like me and would always call it the "ENTERTAIN MENT UNIT" in that sort of sarcastic Seinfeld way. He thought the term was so stupid LOL

No, those don't show up all that often and when they do they sell quick. What doesn't sell fast any more is antique furniture, like diningroom sets,, the real antique stuff.. Nobody seems to want that stuff any longer like they did 10 or so years back. Goes along with seeing so many "antique" malls shutting down everywhere.

Your ReStore looks like a Bloomingdale's compared to our local ReStore. Everything looks so clean and tidy.

Our ReStore looks like a slightly organized landfill, by comparison.

A friend of mine is constantly seeking ads for Electrohome consoles from the early seventies with a Dual turntable. I'm sure he'd like one like this!  It wouldn't look bad in his home either. But it's a bit far from Montreal!

They just moved into that store last year. It was previously a United Furniture Warehouse store which closed.. Prior to that they were downtown in an old furniture store, not quite as nice but always organized and clean looking.

Very nice place!!Most in my area are just warehouses made to be like a store. The electrohome stereo-Hi-Fi is interesting like the speaker that can be separated.I am assuming the TT slides out for loading. And the little record rack for the "DJ's favorites"!Most interesting place to browse thru!!!Bound to find something-including the Electrohome Hi-Fi set.The round control panels-very unusual!
