That is a Triple Tub! Extractor in the center and a wash tub on either side.

Or at least I think so... the photos are SOOOOO small!
Indeed it is a triple tub washer!!! A local car wash has one of these, however only one of the wash tubs works... I would LOVE to have one of these!!!
