My mother bought Vita craft cookware in 1957 still using it today looks brand new I found several pieces on ebay listed as salesmans samples with no handles , it was shipped brand new pieces called the company ordered new handles, u could not have asked for nicer folks to deal with going out of there way to help so see there is a company that stands behind itself let in the USA

It's always refreshing to hear of a company that takes it's customers seriously and provides effort free customer service.

I think people should reward these companies by buying from them.

Where has service after the sale gone these days?

Hopefully, mine

I now work for LL Bean and we have for the last 100 years had a no questions asked 100% satisfaction guarantee. Return anything, anytime if you are not happy with it. We try to source our products from the US and still, many are made right here in Maine in our factories. Unfortunately we do have to get some from overseas because comapnies in this country cant come through with the quality and quantity we have to have. But if you dont like it, not a problem. Plus our shipping on regular orders is always free.

Kansas

I looked at the Vita Craft website.

It's in Kansas.

That probably explains it. I find the people of Colorado to be really nice and friendly -- and the people of Kansas make the folks of Colorado seem downright unfriendly!

Looks like great cookware :)

Looking at the website...

...the quality of the pans looked as good as Fissler ones -- which were the best quality saucepans I had ever seen before that.

Awesome!

Lustre Craft was also TOL

they were West Bend's premuim stainless 3 layer cookware, sold only by door to door salesmen and very expensive. My bride bought a set for around $375 in 1971 and I was livid, that's about $1500 or more today! But it has a Lifetime guarantee that they will honor, and 41 yrs later we still use it daily.

I have these things called Down Under Plant Caddies for my big potted plants. A caster broke on one of them and I could not find the exact size at the HD, so I called the 800 number and the nice man said he would send it for free. I was so impressed, I bought two more over the phone. I told him I was not expecting to receive the caster for free, but he said that it was his product and he wanted to replace it. Pretty great customer service.
