A606 dial marker - SWESTOYZ ??

I found an old thread from 2006 with info from a user, totalnewb, who is apparently no longer active.

He re-created the A606 dial in Adobe Illustrator and then shared a .PDF file with a few people here. Does anyone have this file anymore? Ben (swestoyz) requested and received the PDF, thats why I included your name in the thread title.
If possible, could someone send me this .PDF file?
